(My favourite) Ralph Lauren's company has purchased the rights to a series of police mugshots of conmen, criminals and petty thieves to adorn his flagship stores in New York and London.
Ten prints were purchased for the NYC flagship store and another 11 for the Bond Street store in merry old London.
Keep your eyes open for sharp pinstripe suits and gangster style hats in the coming collections by Mr Lauren.
How amazing having the job of scoping the world for inspirations, ideas and decorating features for the RL stores worldwide.

All the information you need!
Whilst flipping through the Septmeber issue of Vogue whilst getting a new do last week I was intrigued to see an advertisement for "Voguepedia".
Imagine my delight when I goggled away and this amazing source of information popped up! All 119 years of archives have formed this incredible resource tool. Brilliant idea, simple to use, search by brand, designer, model, personality... what a great tool for design students or fashion junkies.

Twelve Days of Gaga!
Barneys New York and Lady Gaga have joined forces with creative director Nicola Formichetti to design a range of special edition items to be sold in a converted floor of the flagship Madison Avenue store.
Not only is it wild and crazy, fun and happy, but Barneys New York are donating 25% of sales to the Born This Way Foundation.
Loving the graphics on the website. Fun and interactive and unique. Bit like the products. There is definitely something for everyone with fabulous stories behind each item.

The love affair continues...
Ever-unpredictable, Melbourne artist David Bromley is selling his entire collection of art, furniture and collectables and relocating to Byron Bay.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the likes of us! The Melbourne auction house Leonard Joel is to auction off pieces of Bromley's personal art and antiques that he has collected like a bower bird. Here are a few of my favourite pieces....from Bromley himself, the deceased David Band and Heidi Yardley.
The arrangement of goods on offer at the Daylesford warehouse! He is simply very clever.
